WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases are final.

We print, cut, and sew handmade merchandise therefore we cannot accept cancellations or refunds to your orders.

Exchanges 

Our policy lasts 5 days. We will not accept a return if requested more than 5 days after the purchase. There are no returns or refunds, all sales are final. To be eligible for an return, your item must be unused and unworn. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. To complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery is not applicable for return.

 

Once item is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please purchase tracking.

 

 

Shipping

Please allow up to 3 days for production on most items. After production, we package and ship your order as soon as we get credit card authorization and verification. Carriers assume responsibility of the shipment and therefore Twin Culture cannot guarantee delivery times, only estimated. The carriers that may be used include, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, OnTrac and DHL Please make sure before submitting an order all information is accurate and complete to avoid risking your package being disposed by the carrier.

  • Express: 5-7 business days

  • Premium: 7-10 business days

  • Economy (US Only): 10-12 business days
